The test succeeded with 5 workers (verified by the log "--numWorkers=5", and from Dataflow UI) : https://ci-beam.apache.org/view/PerformanceTests/job/beam_PerformanceTests_SparkReceiver_IO/460/console However the run time is still 27 minutes.
