   Added a notebook demonstrating the use of Beam in audio processing. It 
achieves the following:
   * Imports and processes the CREMA-D dataset for speech emotion analysis.
   * Perform various data augmentation and feature extraction techniques using 
the Librosalibrary.
   * Develops a TensorFlow model to classify emotions.
   * Stores the trained model.
   * Constructs a Beam pipeline that:
     * Creates a PCollection of audio samples.
     * Applies preprocessing transforms.
     * Utilizes the trained model to predict emotions.
     * Stores the emotion predictions.
