The documented yaml_pipeline_file is preferred, but pipeline_spec_file is also fine (these options [alias to each other](https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/0440587898cb7b3dbf7e6fe95d0a6ff958e44643/sdks/python/apache_beam/yaml/main.py#L32)). @robertwb I don't think I can update your gists or propose a PR, so would you mind updating them to use yaml_pipeline_file?
