   My intention was that the exceptions are handled in the implementation, and 
that it doesn't throw any checked exceptions, see the [implementation of this 
interface](https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/7ceeece0d0750b800967383903e20220539d134f/sdks/java/io/solace/src/main/java/org/apache/beam/sdk/io/solace/broker/BasicAuthJcsmpSessionService.java#L69)
 as an example. I will resolve it, let me know if you think it should be 
handled externally.
