@Abacn Could you please clarify what exactly the issue is with this workflow file? Based on the description, it seems like this issue points to [beam_PreCommit_Flink_Container Issue](https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/33942), which already has a [PR](https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/34250) with a fix. This workflow file appears to simply build a container locally without any load tests.
