### What needs to happen?
Some features are missing:
- We’re missing a “namespace” concept
- We should be able to read from an existing table without having to run a
CREATE TABLE statement
- We should be able to use the table reference as the actual table name,
without having to provide a LOCATION property
- Add Iceberg CDC source
- Support ALTER TABLE (see [spark
support](https://iceberg.apache.org/docs/latest/spark-ddl/#alter-table))
