Thanks - this generally lgtm, but I'd like to run some extra tests before merging. Could you modify `.github/trigger_files/beam_PostCommit_Python.json` and `.github/trigger_files/beam_PostCommit_Python_Examples_Dataflow.json` and push those files to trigger the associated tests?
