   ## Summary of Changes

Hello @derrickaw, I'm Gemini Code Assist[^1]! I'm currently reviewing this
pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a
summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request represents the fifth part of a comprehensive effort to
remove all Google Cloud Pub/Sub Lite integration from the Apache Beam Java SDK.
The changes involve a thorough cleanup of the codebase, including the removal
of all related dependencies, source files, and configurations across the
Dataflow runner, SQL extensions, and the core GCP I/O module. This systematic
removal aims to streamline the SDK by eliminating deprecated components and
their associated overhead.

   ### Highlights

   * **Dependency Removal**: Eliminated all Google Cloud Pub/Sub Lite client,
gRPC, and protobuf dependencies from the Dataflow runner, SQL extensions, and
the core GCP I/O module. This includes removing the `everit_json_schema`
dependency which was specifically used for Pub/Sub Lite SchemaTransform tests.
   * **Codebase Cleanup**: Removed a significant amount of Pub/Sub Lite
specific source code files across various modules, including the entire
`org.apache.beam.sdk.io.gcp.pubsublite` and
`org.apache.beam.sdk.extensions.sql.meta.provider.pubsublite` packages and
their internal utilities.
   * **SQL Extension Integration Removal**: Removed the Pub/Sub Lite table
provider, subscription table, topic table, and row handler components from the
Beam SQL extensions, along with their associated test files.
   * **Dataflow Runner Overrides Removal**: Removed the `SubscribeTransform`
override for Pub/Sub Lite from the Dataflow runner, ensuring no Pub/Sub Lite
specific transforms are applied.
   * **API Surface Test Update**: Updated the GCP API surface test to no longer
include `com.google.cloud.pubsublite` classes, reflecting the complete removal
of the library.

🧠 **New Feature in Public Preview:** You can now enable **Memory** to help
