Hi @JayajP. This might be related to Kafka 4.0 compatibility gaps in KafkaIO. Since the failure is silent, a few things that could help move this forward: - DEBUG-level Kafka client logs (especially auth / SASL / callback handlers) - Whether this reproduces outside Dataflow (e.g. DirectRunner) - Confirmation of the exact kafka-clients 4.0.0 artifact used Given that downgrading to 3.7.0 works, it may be worth explicitly documenting (or guarding) unsupported client versions if KafkaIO isn’t fully compatible with 4.0 yet.
