### What happened? 1. This test seems perma red: https://github.com/apache/beam/actions/workflows/playground_frontend_test.yml 2. Whenever workflow runs it seems like it downloads much higher dependencies which causes breakages. This is probably due to the pubspec.yaml files allowing higher dependency versions to be installed. 3.
