   ### Summary
   
   Improves the AlloyDB notebook setup instructions by clarifying that the 
database must be created before running the notebook.
   
   Previously the setup instructions assumed the database already existed, 
which could lead to errors such as:
   
   `database "<database_name>" does not exist`
   
   This PR adds a small documentation section explaining how to create the 
AlloyDB database before running the example.
   
   ### Issue
   
   Addresses #35254
   
   ### Changes
   
   * Added instructions for creating the AlloyDB database in
     `examples/notebooks/beam-ml/alloydb_product_catalog_embeddings.ipynb`
   * Helps users avoid connection errors when running the notebook.
   
   ### Testing
   
   Documentation-only change.
