Add 8 built-in I/O connectors that exist in `sdks/java/io/` but were missing
from the I/O connectors documentation page.
**Added connectors:**
- **CsvIO** — Java + Python native, YAML read/write
- **JsonIO** — Java + Python native, YAML read/write
- **ContextualTextIO** — Java native, read-only
- **PulsarIO** — Java native, read + write, streaming
- **SolaceIO** — Java native, read + write (promoted from third-party to
built-in)
- **DatadogIO** — Java native, sink only
- **CosmosIO** (Azure Cosmos DB) — Java native, read-only
- **AzureBlobStoreFileSystem** — Java native, filesystem connector
**Additional fixes:**
- Fixed missing Javadoc hyperlink for Neo4jIO entry (was plain text `native`)
- Removed duplicate Solace entry from the "Other I/O Connectors" third-party
table (it now has a proper built-in entry)
Each entry was verified against the source code in `sdks/java/io/` and
`sdks/python/apache_beam/io/` to confirm read/write capabilities, Python SDK
support, and YAML availability.
