Addresses #37980
Updates `test_inline_test_specs` in `main_test.py` to use the canonical
`--tests` (plural) flag instead of the `--test` (singular) alias, aligning the
test with the primary argparse flag name and all documentation references.
**Context:** PR #35721 previously added `--tests` as the primary argparse
flag with `--test` as a backward-compatible alias. However, the test file was
not updated to reflect the canonical form, leaving an inconsistency with the
documentation (`yaml-testing.md`) which exclusively uses `--tests`.
