The problem with 1.12.1 is that it was missing test jars in Maven
`Execution failed for task ':sdks:java:extensions:avro:compileAvro1121Java'.
> Could not resolve all files for configuration
':sdks:java:extensions:avro:avroVersion1121'.
> Could not find avro-1.12.1-tests.jar (org.apache.avro:avro:1.12.1).
Searched in the following locations:
https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/avro/avro/1.12.1/avro-1.12.1-tests.jar`
