Two PreCommit failures on `e19b80c4` (`beam_PreCommit_Spotless` and
`beam_PreCommit_Java_GCP_IO_Direct`) — treating both as infra flakes and pushed
an empty retry commit `292ebe05`.
Reasoning:
- Reproduced locally at `e19b80c4`: `./gradlew spotlessCheck` ran 315
spotless tasks to `BUILD SUCCESSFUL`, and `./gradlew
:runners:spark:{3,4}:checkStyle{Main,Test}` is also clean.
- This PR doesn't touch any GCP IO code.
- Both checks were green on the immediately preceding branch commits
(`5abbb21d`, `604037f5`) and on master at `6106b308` / `e01f7114`.
- Workflow logs for both runs are already 404'd, so I can't confirm the
exact failure mode, but the run records show the gradle step itself failed
before producing any artifacts — consistent with the dependency-fetch / Maven
Central HTTP issues seen on prior commits.
Squash-me marker: `292ebe05` joins `5abbb21d`, `604037f5`, `b344c3ca`,
`e19b80c4` to drop on rebase.
