java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: useStorageApiConnectionPool only
supported when using STORAGE_API_AT_LEAST_ONCE
at
org.apache.beam.vendor.guava.v32_1_2_jre.com.google.common.base.Preconditions.checkArgument(Preconditions.java:143)
maybe default should be factory that will look at method name and set it to
true only if method is STORAGE_API_AT_LEAST_ONCE
