PreCommit tests usually exercises unit tests, and we don't expect users need this kind of special setup for unit tests as it adds burden for the development of unrelated components. Integration tests goes to PostCommit: https://github.com/apache/beam/actions/workflows/beam_PostCommit_Go.yml Moreover it seems there is a larger discussion in #37991 I recommend hold on for now and let us revert the original PR at the moment to bring test back green -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
