Hi, I'd like to work on this. In ParDo._get_key_and_window_coder the set difference compares input tags to _SideInput objects, so I'd pick the main input by skipping the python_side_input tags instead, plus a test that the timer key coder comes from the main input. .take-issue -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
