shunping opened a new pull request, #40532:
URL: https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/40532

   ### Motivation
   Today, giving Beam workers AWS credentials means passing
`--aws_access_key_id` / `--aws_secret_access_key` as plain text. Pipeline
options are visible in job metadata and runner UIs (e.g. the Dataflow job page)
and in shell history. This PR lets those options be references to secrets
stored in a secret manager, so no raw keys appear in pipeline options.

   ### Changes
   - **New option `--aws_credentials_secret_manager`** in `AwsOptions`. When
it's set, `--aws_access_key_id`, `--aws_secret_access_key` and
`--aws_session_token` are treated as secret specs (a JSON string or plain text)
and resolved with `Secret.from_json(spec, secret_manager)`:
     ```bash
     --aws_credentials_secret_manager=GoogleCloudSecretManager \
     --aws_access_key_id='{"name": "aws-key-id", "project": "my-proj"}' \
--aws_secret_access_key='projects/my-proj/secrets/aws-secret-key/versions/1'
     ```
