Good catch. Java actually expect the option name to be `big_query_endpoint`
because in the equivalent getter in Java is `getBigQueryEndpoint`.
Changed the code to support both `--bigquery_endpoint` and
`--big_query_endpoint`. Also modified the `__getattr__` and `__setattr__` in
`BigQueryOptions`, so `options.bigquery_endpoint` is mapped to
`options.big_query_endpoint`.
