This property helped us a lot for the following reasons: 1. monitor the numbers of events from specific operations (`create`, `update`, `delete`) 2. mark the rows within the data warehouse as deleted 3. edge cases, where there is company differentiate destination tables per operations P.S. Yes, I aware that we can create conditions based on values on `after` and `before` properties. But, if the `op` exists, it's help us a lot.
