Problem: When requesting someone upfront to review via the GitHub UI, once that reviewer submits a review, GitHub removes them from `requested_reviewers` and the PR bot still assigns a new reviewer after checks pass. Fix: Update `pr-bot-pr-updates.yml` and `processPrUpdate.ts` to trigger when a review is requested (`review_requested`) and persist the requested reviewer in PR state if specified. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
