.take-issue I'd like to take this one. `SplittableParDoProcessFnTest` can't move to `TestPipeline`, since the tests step processing time by hand and fire `ProcessFn`'s timers one at a time. My plan is to keep the `ProcessFnTester` helper and swap its internals from `DoFnTester` to `DoFnRunners.simpleRunner`, the same runner the DirectRunner uses for `ProcessFn`.
