This looks already fixed on master. AbstractDoFnWrapper now delegates
setup() and teardown() (sdks/python/apache_beam/typehints/typecheck.py, ~L71
and ~L83). That came in commit 2f7b68c8ffa ("[BEAM-9398] runtime_type_check:
support setup") before the Jira migration, and typecheck_test.py already covers
both setup and teardown. Could a maintainer close this?
