All writer DoFn instances on a worker share the same transform UUID and
pooled Solace sessions. When a single bundle aborts during rebalancing or an
idle bundle processor is evicted, tearing down that DoFn instance closed all
shared sessions on the worker mid-bundle and caused in-flight ACKs on other
threads to time out.
Keep pooled write sessions open for the worker lifetime with a JVM shutdown
hook, and synchronize session and producer recreation when a session is closed.
