## Summary Fixes a transient Testcontainers/Docker daemon timeout in `PostCommit YAML Xlang Direct` (`Jdbc_Secret_ManagerTest::test_only`, [failed run 42342993664](https://github.com/apache/beam/actions/runs/42342993664)): - During `PostgresContainer(port=default_port)` startup in `temp_postgres_database_with_secret_manager`, `docker-py`'s `POST /v1.43/containers/create` call over `unix:///run/docker.sock` timed out after 60s (`requests.exceptions.ReadTimeout: UnixHTTPConnectionPool(host='localhost', port=None): Read timed out. (read timeout=60)`) while pulling/unpacking `postgres:latest` on a cold runner (`PostgresTest::test_only` subsequently succeeded once the image finished unpacking). - Hardens `create_test_methods` in `sdks/python/apache_beam/yaml/integration_tests.py` by retrying fixture context entry (`stack.enter_context(fixture_callable(**fixture_config))`) up to 3 times on setup exceptions (re-raising `unittest.SkipTest` immediately). - Also moves `try:` before `create_secret` / `add_secret_version` in `temp_postgres_database_with_secret_manager` so temporary GCP secrets are always cleaned up in `finally` if setup fails after secret creation. ## Verification - Triggered `PostCommit YAML Xlang Direct` on this branch: https://github.com/apache/beam/actions/runs/42349665010 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
