Hi Ilya, Thank you so much for contributing this template. However, Beam is not the right repo to contain templates. All the Dataflow templates are located here (https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/DataflowTemplates). Can you please create the PR here and I would help to get it reviewed and approved.
