At present, we haven't been adding to CHANGES.md as it's experimental. While
the rate of changes has not been high, the messaging would be weird at this
point? When we do announce experimental exit (SOON), we'll have to do a fairly
complete rundown of all the features of the SDK anyway, and that's easier for
me to do a mental dump than trying to extract from the CHANGES file.
Something this size would certainly be appropriate to message in releases
after that point though.
