This includes:
- `level=`: which is essentially an alias for `groupby(level=)`, and we
implement it as such
- `numeric_only=`: which allows users to specify how to hande numeric
aggregations for non-numeric columns (True=drop, None=try to coerce or drop,
False=try to coerce and raise on failure)
- `bool_only=` the same thing for boolean aggregations (all, any) over
non-boolean columns.
- `skipna=` drops NaNs before aggregating.
- `min_count=` requires Singleton partitioning.
Making these work required revamping some of the `groupby` logic:
- Overhauled `groupby(level=)` handling, which was only working in some
special cases. We now exercise many more cases via the parameterized
`test_groupby_level_agg` test.
- Made `DeferredGroupBy.agg` work with string arguments.
There are some nasty edge cases around aggregating non-numeric columns:
- The default value for numeric_only (None=try to coerce or drop) produces
non-deferred column names, because it might drop a column based on it's
contents. We should probably make our default numeric_only=True, disallow None,
and strongly discourage numeric_only=False.
- In pandas you can do strange things like `sum` a column of strings (or any
summable Python objects), which is actually an order-sensitive operation.
