I've heard long ago that users don't find 'harness' intuitive and it's just
our jargon. But having consistent terminology in flag sounds good, since users
will have questions on what is the difference between SDK container images and
SDK harness container images. We could make sdk_container_image_overrides an
alias for the sdk_harness_container_image_overrides . Removing the flag
entirely adds friction during SDK upgrades, so unfortunately, so we'll be stuck
with old flag as well.
