:/ It looks like the Python Precommit is related to the same streaming [issue](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-12699) with the jenkins test project. I would run a test against a different project and specifying this container as `--sdk_container_image`, or installing the SDK in editable mode and then running a pipeline.
