I would suggest unblock the release by just removing the failure from XLang CombinePerKey test. This is not a proper fix but 1) the proper fix needs some changes to type inference algorithm and it might be not safe to be merged into the release branch at the last moment 2) The failing test is only for Java pipeline using Python external transform and multi-language Java pipelines are not officially supported yet. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
