lostluck opened a new pull request #15644: URL: https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/15644
PR does a few things.
* Adjust the experimental trigger API to be more encapuslated at the user
side in the beam package.
* Make it clearer the trigger API is experimental and subject to change.
* Add complete support for the AfterProcessingTime trigger.
* Add AlloweLateness handling.
* Update the trigger BPG documentation to follow suit.
* Update the windowing section of the BPG with examples.
