Make it clear that repeatable PipelineOptions like dataflow_service_options or experiments need to be specified as a list if set programmatically (example in [documentation](https://cloud.google.com/dataflow/docs/guides/setting-pipeline-options#setting_required_options)), so users do not inadvertently specify it as a string, to mirror the way they are set via the command line, e.g. These will not work, and will throw an error ``` beam_options = PipelineOptions( ... experiments='use_runner_v2', dataflow_service_options='enable_prime') ``` These will work ``` beam_options = PipelineOptions( experiments=['use_runner_v2'], dataflow_service_options=['enable_prime']) ``` ------------------------ Thank you for your contribution!
