These changes redirect the "Cross-language transforms" page:
* Moved `documentation/patterns/cross-language` to
`documentation/sdks/java-multi-language-pipelines`.
* Retitled the `cross-language`, which documents Java multi-language
pipelines, to match the Python content.
* Added a note that the page is a work in progress (and it is ... needs
love).
* Redirected `documentation/patterns/cross-language` to the programming
guide. It will only redirect to the top of the page, not the multi-language
section.
* Updated menus and links accordingly. Note: I did not add a blurb about the
Java content at `documentation/sdks/java/`, which would have matched the Python
multi-lang content. We shouldn't call attention to this page until it's fully
rewritten, which is out of scope for this project.
