Nice. It's a good opportunity to maintain google-cloud-pubsublite version via the BOM. These versions in the BOM are built and tested with the same version of the dependencies. https://storage.googleapis.com/cloud-opensource-java-dashboard/com.google.cloud/libraries-bom/24.2.0/artifact_details.html has `com.google.cloud:google-cloud-pubsublite:1.4.8`. ([the master has 1.4.7](https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/master/buildSrc/src/main/groovy/org/apache/beam/gradle/BeamModulePlugin.groovy#L455)) > google_cloud_bigtable_client_core or google_cloud_datastore_v1_proto_client?
