Right now, when we have an emit function that takes in a nested type with a
non-concrete type somewhere in it, we don't give a very clear error - e.g., if
we tried to define the following pardo:
```
type nestedEmitType struct {
Ghi func(string) string
}
type emitType struct {
Abc string
Def nestedEmitType
}
func (f *extractFn) ProcessElement(ctx context.Context, line string, emit
func(emitType)) {
... Do stuff ...
}
```
right now we get this error
```
panic: inserting ParDo in scope root/CountWords
constructing DoFn
invalid DoFn
caused by:
method ProcessElement invalid
caused by:
bad parameter type for reflect.methodValueCall: func(main.emitType)
```
This updates to give a much clearer error - e.g. for the same case with
these changes:
```
panic: inserting ParDo in scope root/CountWords
constructing DoFn
invalid DoFn
caused by:
method ProcessElement invalid
caused by:
bad parameter type for reflect.methodValueCall: func(main.emitType)
caused by:
All parameters in an emit must be universal type, container type, or
concrete type

Nested type in struct "main.emitType" not permitted in concrete types.

Nested type in struct "main.nestedEmitType" not permitted in concrete types.
caused by:
Type "func(string) string" of kind "func" not permitted in concrete types.
All types must be serializable.
```
In the name of small prs/quick feedback, I decided to put this up before
handling similar cases for Iter/ReIter/MultiMap (right now just represented as
a TODO), once this is in I'll apply a similar approach to them.
