This technically had a test file, but it was just an example of how to use
the class (which I got rid of because it didn't seem very useful and didn't
make much sense in a test file IMO).
Most of this package is wrappers around the gcs client which is not worth
testing IMO (the mocking would probably be more complex than the functions
being tested). This tests the other functions (mostly to do with url pathing)
