from stage fused with WriteFiles. This avoids shuffles or buffering
related to such writes when they are successful. If the step fused
with WriteFiles does not produce many outputs for a single window
during processing of a bundle this may result in many small files.
For this reason the direct write may fall back to shuffling if
necessary. This approach works particularly well when fused with
high throughput sources, as it writes directly from the source
to the sink without shuffling. Exactly once semantics are maintained
by only transitioning the file to the final output location if the
bundle completes processing successfully.
