Found several links to the older package docs or even examples with the old
code, leading folks down the dark path of the pre-Go modules era.
Also updates the few legacy godoc.org paths that still existed, to the newer
pkg.go.dev site.
There's also similar work to update all the Go Kata's to use the newer
modules, but I'm less concerned about those vs these.
