`NexmarkConfiguration` object is not immutable, and is arbitrarily changed in different parts making tracking of state changes hard and error prone. Also it has some repeated configuration options that exist in `NexmarkOptions` too. Those should be removed and let only in one place, ideally NexmarkOptions.
