Now that ErrorProne is enabled across all projects, we can remove redundant checks from other static analysis. I noticed there are at least some redundant checks in Checkstyle, for example `MissingDeprecated`. Imported from Jira [BEAM-4668](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-4668).
