Lately FakeBigQueryServices became public so that they can be used outside of the IO itself. But it fails detecting some incorrect use of the BQ IO.At least, it fails to detect incorrect naming of the fields Imported from Jira [BEAM-4607](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-4607).
