Cloud Bigtable's dependencies should be updated:
Here are the current versions:
* bigtable.version: 1.0.0
* bigtable.proto.version: 1.0.0-pre3
The new bigtable.version is 1.4.0.
The Bigtable protos dependency needs to change to the 0.15.0 version of
com.google.api.grpc:proto-google-cloud-bigtable-v2 and
com.google.api.grpc:proto-google-cloud-bigtable-admin-v2.
