   As of right now, the process of reading from MongoDb in SQL is as follows:
   
   Read MongoDb Documents -\> Convert Documents to JSON -\> Convert JSON to 
Rows.
   
   It should be possible to get rid of the middle step by making use of 
RowWithGetters (vs RowWithStorage).
