I tried to perform the parse and unparse roundtrip for the SQL:

```
However, I got the error message
```
NotImplemented("Unsupported operator: EmptyRelation")
```
### Describe the solution you'd like
The unparse rule for `EmptyRelation` should be hanlded in
`datafusion/sql/src/unparser/plan.rs`.
