@parthchandra I know that you are going to be working on https://github.com/apache/datafusion-comet/issues/3306 to support `native_iceberg_compat` and `native_datafusion` for v2 scans. This PR just adds a match guard to fall back to Spark for now for v2 scans unless the user explicitly specified `native_comet`.
