Hi, I am writing structs which have as generic the dialect they should be using, such as `MyStruct<D: Default + Dialect>`. I noticed `PostgreSqlDialect` does not implement default, nor several other common features like `Copy`, `Clone` and so on. Why is that? Is there any reason?
