### Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? `compare_element_to_list` is a utility function used in various array-related UDFs (e.g., array_position, array_positions, array_remove, and array_replace). Right now, we construct a UInt32Array and then use `take` to extract a single element; this is slow.
