Review Comment:
It looks like `snapshot()` is only implemented for
`DynamicFilterPhysicalExpr` so maybe if we just remove the
`snapshot_physical_expr` call in `serialize_physical_expr_with_converter` and
handle `DynamicFilterPhysicalExpr` as a normal expression in the downcast chain
it will just work?
